As Chief Executive Officer, George Russell brings more than 30 years of experience in building successful consumer product, retail, and marketing service companies. George's vision for PureRED | Ferrara is simple--to help retail, consumer and industrial companies improve the effectiveness and return on their marketing investment by providing them with the expertise, technology, and executional capability to transition their traditional marketing tactics to state of the art, branded digital strategy and execution. George started his career at Young & Rubicam on the J&J and Kraft General Foods accounts, and then moved over to the client side where he led marketing at Gillette and Warner Lambert. He has served as Chief Operating Officer of Duane Reade Drugstores, and founded his own digital marketing services firm ECS Network. George is married with four millennial children. He loves all things outdoors (both on land and sea), and still finds time to play competitive men's ice hockey.

Amy Reach leads the Integrated Creative Team for PureRED from the Atlanta headquarters where she helps clients navigate complex advertising and marketing challenges. Over the past 20 years, she has held a variety of leadership roles, from establishing PureRED as a national retail and business-to-business company to leading the integration between print and digital content development for numerous clients. Amy has been a trusted partner with both national and regional retailers and business-to-business companies-- including Stein Mart, Kohl’s, Bloomingdale’s by Mail, Dollar General, Lowe's, S.P. Richards, Duane Reade and Rite Aid. Amy lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, daughter and son. She loves paddle boarding and traveling with her family.

With well over a decade of global creative agency experience at R/GA working with Fortune 100 brands, Andy is the company's first Chief Digital Officer. He has a proven track record of innovation, management and operations of brands, omni-channel experience, product strategy, creative design and technology development. He strives to create a strong sense of culture, promotes diversity in all definitions and seeks the best and brightest talent. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Andy is married, with three daughters. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, basketball and coaching youth sports teams.

Barbara Walker is the Executive Vice President, Client Strategy and Planning with overall responsibility of enterprise marketing strategies. Prior to joining PureRED, Barbara was the Chief Marketing Officer at Burd Health, a healthcare solutions start-up, and the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Safeway. Barbara is an expert at creating shopper-relevant solutions and integrated channel activation in broadcast TV and radio, PR/Buzz Marketing, print advertising, direct mail and the digital ecosystem which includes email, mobile, web, social media and search. She resides in San Francisco with her husband, daughter and German Shorthaired Pointer.

Ty Schroeder is the Senior Vice President of Production Operations at PureRED. Ty provides oversight to our offices in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Nebraska and North Carolina. With over 27 years of advertising experience, Ty is an expert in the many facets of the printing and advertising industry. Whether with a small organization or a large international corporation, he has put “ink on paper” for inserts, direct mail, catalogs, magazines and recently rounded out his skill set in the direct marketing fulfilment industry. An Eagle Scout, Ty resides with his wife in Atlanta where he is an active community volunteer.

A PureRED veteran of twenty years, Kevin Kincaid is responsible for growing PureRED’s West Coast presence and managing its San Francisco office. Kevin began his career in production and has worked as a Production Manager and Sr. Account Executive in three locations – San Francisco, Atlanta and Chicago. From June 2005 to October 2008, he served as Director of Account Services, while working with one of the company’s major clients. Most recently he has supported the bringing aboard of major accounts for the company. Under his leadership, PureRED has significantly expanded its services. When Kevin is not focusing on building a client’s brand, he enjoys spending time with his wife, 3-year old daughter and their two Rhodesian Ridgebacks.

Chris Havard is an award-winning marketing professional. He brings proven experience to PureRED | Ferrara’s Princeton office. Chris began his career at BBDO in New York where he served as a member of the executive leadership team. During his time in New York, Chris was at the center of Cola Wars with Pepsi, stewarding the successful “It’s Everywhere you want to be” for Visa, with supporting efforts behind the Olympic Games and the NFL. Chris’ stellar record includes a tenure as a marketing advisor to the New York Yankees and New Jersey Devils. When he’s not leading communication efforts for iconic brands, Chris is an avid surfer, marathoner and golfer.

Christine brings over 20 years of strategic leadership to PureRED | Ferrara’s Princeton office. With an impressive success record, she is the producer of integrated thought leadership for some of the world’s largest and best-known brands, such as Arm & Hammer, Allegra, Jaguar, IBM and Ford. Christine began her career at Ogilvy & Mather and then honed her skills as Associate Director of Global Brand Management and Advertising with KPMG. Christine’s experience on both the client and agency side enables her to shape brands for success and build long term client relationships. When she’s not showcasing her superior talent, Christine enjoys the simple life on a small farm with a 1970s Ford tractor.

As leader of PureRED | Ferrara’s Charlotte office, Butler Burdine oversees top clients like Lowe’s Home Improvement and Manhattan Supply Company (MSC). Butler’s over 20 years of marketing experience spans several industries. His expertise led clients like Mercedes Benz, Disney, SAKS and Books-A-Million to record sales. Butler also served in the academic sector as a Marketing Professor at Tulane University. He continues to act as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Food & Beverage Foundation and a guest lecturer for the Advertising Education Foundation. When Butler is not showcasing his strategic thinking and energetic leadership in business, he is running his beloved dog, Bella, to swimming lessons and doggy daycare.

Chip leads PureRED’s continued expansion, leveraging two decades of experience in securing new business for best-in-class advertising agencies, coupled with a deep level of expertise in digital, data analysis and CRM, in a multitude of business categories. He has held executive level roles at Publicis Dialog, Edelman, Whittman-Hart and Hill | Holliday, and contract executive positions for several leading consultancies through W Inc., an integrated marketing consultancy based in Philadelphia serving healthcare, technology, financial services companies and advertising agencies. Chip earned a Bachelor of Science, Mass Communication from Towson State University, Towson, Maryland. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Communications Department at Towson University and the Board of Directors for the Abington Youth Lacrosse, Abington, Pennsylvania. He resides in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania with his three sons.

As Chief Financial Officer, David is responsible for all administrative, financial and risk management operations, including overall management of financial and operational strategy and business development. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy at Western Michigan University and his Master of Business Administration at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. He is a CPA and resides in Sandy Springs, Georgia. David enjoys cooking and travelling with his wife and three children.

Art Ferrara has been called “the most humble success story in New Jersey.” As the founder of a kitchen-table ad agency that grew to 80 plus marketing professionals, Art doesn’t talk much about his accomplishments: he’s too busy helping clients reach their goals. Still very hands-on and passionate about getting results from each integrated marketing effort. Art brings a broad background in brand management across all media. He leads by example and by inspiring his teams to do their best every day on every project. Art lives in Princeton where he is active with HiTOPS, a health education and advocacy organization for adolescents.

Ben Weisman plays the role of equal parts Creative Director and Creative Technologist. He’s built a reputation as an innovator at advertising agencies like MRM//McCann, Deep Focus, Tribal DDB, Ogilvy, iris and HBO. He continually seeks out new and innovative ways to approach consumer-centered experiences in both physical and digital spaces. His work embodies a respect for, and a focus on, user needs, brand voice, direct marketing, mobile and social media. Ben is a nature lover and an avid camper and hiker.

Ronnie Roberts is the Digital Technology leader within PureRED, providing service to all of our clients. He began his career in the Software Group for DB2 at IBM, then moved exclusively into the agency world to serve clients directly. A true technology geek that also understands client’s needs and can communicate those ideas from the board room all the way down to the staff. He is passionate about providing the best consumer experience for our clients and their customers through forward thinking high-touch technical solutions that complement the tactics and campaigns of the retailers and brands. Ronnie is well versed in all of the technical aspects of the marketing process, including up-front planning and solutioning, creating and defining KPIs, implementing, deploying, and testing solutions, and finally combing for insights in analytics.

Vincent Travisano has been with the company for over seven years and has been responsible for creative work for Church & Dwight, Chattem and Hess. Vincent was literally born into the advertising business as the son of Ron Travisano, owner and partner of legendary New York ad agency Della Femina, Travisano and Partners. In his 30-plus years in the business, he has worked at Young & Rubicam, Avrett, Free & Ginsberg and Della Femina, Rothschild, Jeary & Partners, D’Arcy NY and Publicis NY. Vinnie is also a self-proclaimed movie nut who in the past has written online film reviews for a large following. He is an avid sports fan, rooting for anything Syracuse Orange!

Martin O’Brien is a strategic leader with over 20 years experience in brand, digital, customer experience and CRM strategy.  He has implemented B2C and B2B brand and digital strategy for leading consumer brands and manufacturers. He has orchestrated award-winning integrated marketing programs that delivered strong ROI through analytics, insights and optimization. Outside the office, Martin spends his free time with his wife and daughters, supporting their diverse careers, interests and passions. He likes to keep his reflexes sharp playing men’s ice hockey.

Shaun Francis is our Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Talent. Shaun’s main focus is on developing the capabilities and full potential of PureRED|Ferrara‘s most valuable asset, its people. His combination of strong HR expertise and business acumen has greatly helped both Fortune 500 Companies and smaller private equity-backed companies. Shaun previously served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services with NextEra Energy. Previously Shaun worked for GE for 17 years in Finance and HR with the last 7 years leading the HR function for GE Capital and Industrial Businesses. Shaun holds a degree in Industrial and Labor relations from Cornell University. Originally from Central New York, Shaun now resides in the Greater Atlanta area.

With over 30 years of experience leading sales and marketing efforts for renowned brands like Yahoo and Microsoft, John Cattarulla is our Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining PureRED, John headed Southeast sales as Director of Data & Media for Qualia. He served as President of the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association leading the long-term vision of the organization for several years. At Microsoft, John worked as Director of Microsoft Advertising, encompassing digital media brands such as MSN, MSNBC, Bing, and Xbox. His team was responsible for providing advertising solutions to Fortune 500 clients including Porsche, Coca-Cola, Verizon Wireless, Qwest, Nationwide, Home Depot, Office Depot, and the Intercontinental Hotels Group. John lives in Atlanta with his wife and son. He enjoys skiing, fixing and racing cars and cheering for the Dallas Cowboys.
